Carbuzzzn interviews Jonathon Webb ? Bathurst 1000 winner and GC600 V8 driver

10:31 pm

Carbuzzzn chat with Jonathon Webb the owner of Tekno Autosports who is buzzzn after their epic win at the Bathurst 1000. The Darrell Lee Stix entry for the Gold Coast 600!

Unfortunately, Jonathan has not had too much time to relax and take in all the winning vibes! Too much PR and controversy to really soak it in – now to back it up at the GC 600!

The whole team is so on board, they are so buzzzn about this industry and that?s what keeps them coming back every day and loving their career and this awesome racing industry. That?s what it?s all about for Jonathan, the team and their vibe. Enjoy the highs and try to not think about the lows is some great advice from Jonathan.

Tiana then asked Jonathan the hard hitting questions of the day?.. What was Jonathan’s first car? And his most embarrassing car moment?!

Jonathon’s first car was given too him by his father when he was 14, it was in a box full of parts and he spent the next two years building this and can you guess what the pieces built? An early Porsche 914 – awesome! Lucky bloke! And embarrassing moments? might get him into a bit of trouble but he was still on his P plates, he tried showing off in his Mum?s car and he bought it back to her with a corner missing! Oooh no! Very embarrassing – sorry Mother Webb.
